Paella is a simple rice dish from Spain, which can be prepared with any ingredients. It can be cooked over a fire or using a Paella pan and oven. This is the seafood version factored with health, prepared with ingredients and apparatus available in Malaysian’s kitchen.
Paella adalah hidangan nasi yang mudah disediakan dari Sepanyol. Ia boleh disediakan dengan apa saja bahan-bahan yang boleh didapati. Ia boleh dimasak dengan api atau menggunakan Paella pan dan ketuhar. Heat up 2 tablespoons of olive oil | Panaskan 2 sudu minyak zaitun | 加热 2 汤匙橄榄油
Stir fry 1/2 cup of onion | Goreng 1/2 cawan bawang | 炒香 1/2 杯洋葱
Add in 1 cup of Primera Red Rice (pre-soaked for 30 minutes) | Masukkan 1 cawan beras merah Primera (direndam selama 30 minit) | 加入 1 杯 Primera 红米(预浸泡 30 分钟)
Add in 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika and 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme | Masukkan 1/2 sudu teh paprika bakar dan 1/2 sudu teh thyme kering | 加入 1/2 茶匙烟熏辣椒粉和 1/2 茶匙干百里香|
Mix well | Campurkan dengan baik | 拌匀
Add in 1 tablespoon of white wine or white grape juice with vinegar in 2:1 ratio (optional) | Masukkan 1 sudu wain putih atau jus anggur putih dengan cuka dalam nisbah 2:1 (pilihan) | 加入 1 汤匙白葡萄酒或以2:1的比例的白葡萄汁加醋(可选)
