Step 5 – Avoid Certain Triggers
One way in beating sugar cravings is to identify what can trigger them. Therefore, it’s important to identify patterns to your cravings and avoid those things that trigger them. For example one might have to try avoiding specific activities or places that trigger your cravings for sugar, such as walking past sugary stuff vending machine or bubble tea shop.
