Wash 1 cup Primera Red Rice | Cuci 1 cawan Primera beras merah | 洗 1 杯 Primera 红米
Drain the water completely | Buangkan air sepenuhnya | 完全倒干
Add in 2 cups water | Masukkan 2 cawan air | 加入 2 杯水
Cook as usual | Masak seperti biasa | 如平时般煮饭
Prepare fried rice | Sediakan nasi goreng | 准备炒饭
Heat up some olive oil | Panaskan minyak zaitun | 加热橄榄油
Stir fried onion, carrot and capsicum | Goreng bawang, lobak merah dan lada benggala | 炒香洋葱,胡萝卜和灯笼椒
Add in 1 cup of cooked Primera red rice | Masukkan 1 cawan beras merah Primera yang sudah dimasak | 加入1 杯煮熟的 Primera 红米

Prepare squid rice | Sediakan nasi sotong | 准备鱿鱼饭
Fill squid with fried rice and seal with toothpick | Isi sotong dengan nasi goreng dan tutup dengan pencungkil gigi | 将鱿鱼装满炒饭,再用牙签密封
Prepare the sauce by adding 1 tsp minced ginger, 2 tsp minced garlic, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup soy sauce and 3 tbsp honey into 700 ml water | Sediakan sos dengan menambah 1 sudu teh halia cincang, 2 sudu teh bawang putih cincang, 1/2 cawan gula merah, 1/2 cawan kicap dan 3 sudu besar madu ke dalam 700 ml air | 把 1 茶匙姜末,2 茶匙蒜末,1/2 杯黄糖,1/2 杯酱油和 3 汤匙蜂蜜加入 700 毫升水中来准备酱汁
