The outcome of this workout is an increase in your metabolic rate which helps shed body fat for hours even after the exercise.

This workout focuses on fast explosive movement of the muscles. Think, of squat jumps, burpees, and star jumps. This is a high intensity exercises, and helps to burn fat and train fibers. It is also good for building speed and power.
Combination Workout.
You can also combine both HIIT and Plyometric workout together, to improve weight loss and increase stamina. It is the best of both worlds as you train your inner strength and condition your muscles at the same time.
The reason why these workouts are so effective are because they are tailored around movements that work out multiple muscle groups at the same time. This therefore can help build lean muscle and deliver cardio strength together. But remember like any exercise, you have to push yourself hard to see the results.
