Primera Rice would like to share a new recipe yogurt x red rice. Red rice is a healthy source of antioxidants, iron, and fibre. By adding red rice with yogurt, it will increase the health benefits in the drink. This recipe is so yummy and easy to make.
Red Rice Yogurt Drink
Ingredients
- 1 Cup of Primera Red Rice
- 1 Cup of Plain Yogurt
- 1 Cup of Full Cream Milk
- 2 Tablespoons of Sugar
- 1 Cup of Ice Cube
Directions
Cook Primera Red Rice
- Wash 1 cup Primera red rice.
- Drain the water completely.
- Add in 2 cups water.
- Cook as usual.
Yogurt Drink Preparation
- Add Yogurt, Full Cream Milk, sugar and Ice in a blender.
- Blend until it mixes well.
- Add rice.
- Do a quick blend
- Serve cold.
