       In a world full of chaos and stress, seeking a therapist has become more of a necessity than an option. Early intervention in mental health can help an individual to detect the mental changes and deal with it before it becomes dark, especially during this pandemic. An individual that experiences mental health issues in the early stages is always encouraged to open up to someone professional or somebody trustworthy.

    It is okay to be not okay, but it is definitely not okay if early actions are not taken to overcome mental health issues.
