Add in 1 cup of onion and 1/4 teaspoon of Himalayan Salt.
Stir fry until fragrant.
Add in 1 cup of carrot.
Stir fry to soften the carrot.
Add in 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, 2 bay leaves, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1 teaspoon of cardamom, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg powder and 1/4 teaspoon of clove.
Mix well.
Add in 1 cup of pre-cooked chickpeas and 1 cup of Primera red rice.
