Poor nutrition will have more tension

Nutrition is very important for a human being. As we learnt during school days in science about nutrition, we know that nutrition helps our body to repair and fight bacteria. By consuming nutritious food, we can improve our immune system .Especially in this Covid-19 pandemic we should really strengthen our immune system to fight the Corona virus.
