A burrito is a dish in Mexican and Tex-Mex cuisine with the history that traced back to 10,000 B.C., when the peoples of Mexico used corn tortillas to wrap foods. There are so many versions of delicious burrito wrapped in variety of contents. Nevertheless, it also has a “wet” version that covered in a savoury and spicy sauce.
Burrito adalah hidangan masakan Mexico dan Tex-Mex dengan sejarah sejauh 10,000 S.M. apabila orang-orang Mexico menggunakan tortilla jagung untuk membungkus makanan. Terdapat banyak versi burrito yang lazat dibalut dengan pelbagai kandungan. Namun, ia juga ada versi “basah” yang dilitupi sos enak dan pedas.

Ingredients
- Primera Red Rice | Primera beras merah | Primera红米
- Chicken meat | Daging ayam | 鸡肉
- Finely chopped tomato | Tomato dicincang halus | 切碎番茄

- Corn | Jagung | 玉米
- Grated onion | Bawang parut | 磨碎洋葱
- Grated garlic | Bawang putih parut | 磨碎大蒜

- Himalayan salt | Garam Himalaya | 喜马拉雅盐

- Tortillas wrap | Wrap tortilla | 玉米饼
- Olive oil | Minyak Zaitun | 橄榄油
Directions
Marinate chicken | Peram ayam | 腌制鸡肉
- Add in 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt, grated garlic, grated onion, finely chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp chili paste, 1/2 tsp mixed herbs and 2 tbsp lime juice | Masukkan 1/4 tsp garam Himalaya, bawang putih parut, bawang parut, tomato dicincang halus, 1/2 tsp pes chili, 1/2 tsp herba bercampur dan 2 tbsp jus limau | 加入1/4茶匙喜马拉雅盐，磨碎大蒜，磨碎洋葱，切碎番茄，1/2茶匙辣椒酱，1/2茶匙混合香草和2汤匙酸柑汁
- Mix well | Campurkan | 拌匀
- Marinate for 1/2 hour | Peram selama 1/2 jam | 腌1/2小时
Pan grill marinated chicken | Panggang ayam peram | 烤腌制鸡肉
- Heat up 2 tbsp olive oil | Panaskan 2 tbsp minyak zaitun | 加热 2 汤匙橄榄油
- Pan grill marinated chicken | Memanggang ayam peram | 烤熟腌制鸡肉
- Turn off the fire | Tutupkan api | 关火
- Cut into slices | Potong dalam kepingan | 切成薄片
Assemble the burrito | Membalut burrito | 包裹墨西哥卷饼
- Place Primera Red Rice in the middle of a 10” tortillas wrap | Letakkan nasi merah Primera di tengah-tengah 10″ wrap tortilla | 将Primera红米饭放在10英寸的玉米饼中
- Place cooked black bean and corn on top of the red rice | Letakkan kacang hitam dan jagung yang sudah dimasak di atas nasi merah | 将煮熟的黑豆和玉米放在红米饭上
- Arrange chicken slices on top | Susun kepingan ayam di atas | 将鸡肉片摆放在上面
- Make sure all content is in the middle | Memastikan semua kandungan ada di tengah | 确保所有内容都在中间
- Fold the tortillas wrap away from you to cover the contents | Gulungkan wrap tortilla itu dari padamu cukup untuk menutupi kandungannya | 卷上玉米饼，使其远离您以覆盖馅料

Optional
If you like cheese, you may sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of the contents before wrapping the burrito and bake for 12 – 15 minutes prior to serving.
