Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup of Primera Red Rice
- 1 Cup Raw Peanut
- 6 Red Dates
- 800 Millilitre of Water
- Rock Sugar
- Roasted Peanut
Directions
- Soak 1 cup raw peanut and 1/4 cup of Primera Red Rice between 8 to 10 hours.
- Drain the water.
- In a blender add the soaked peanut, Primera Red Rice, 6 pitted red dates and 400 milliliters of water.
- Blend to produce fine mixture.
- Pour the blended mixture into a pan.
- Add in 400 milliliters of water and some rock sugar to taste.
- Mix well and bring it to boil.
- Keep stirring until the rock sugar is completely dissolved.
- Serve together with roasted peanut.
