One-pot meals are dishes that are easy and quick to prepare, while still providing the same nutritional value as a normal dinner that would take much longer to cook and clean up. Let’s try this new reciper from Primera Rice.
Ingredients A
2 cups red rice
5 cups water
2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp salt
A little white pepper
1 tsp sesame oil
½ yam (small size, cut into cubes)
20g carrots (cut into small cubes)
Ingredients B
A little oil 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
A little water
A little white pepper
A few white sesame seeds
20g long beans
20g cauliflower
20g Broccoli
10g shitake mushrooms (sliced)
Notes: It’s worth it if you cook this recipe using red rice from @PRIMERA for your lovely family.
Cooking method:
Prepare a rice cooker, wash the red rice then add the others A ingredients. Mix well and let it cook the rice as usual. Once in a while you need to stir as well.
Meanwhile, for ingredient B, prepare a pan, Saute the garlic until fragrant, then add the shitake mushrooms. Stir until shitake mushrooms are cooked.
Then, add a little water, long beans, cauliflower and broccoli. Stir well.
Put some white pepper and stir-fry again. Then, pour it on the red rice that has been cooked earlier from ingredient A.
