Ingredients
- 1 Piece of Primera Red Rice Noodle
Fish Steak Marinate
- 150 Gram of Batang Fish (Spanish Mackerel)
- 1 Teaspoon of Himalaya Salt
- 1/2 Tablespoon of Cornstarch
- 1 Teaspoon of Sesame Oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Soy Sauce
- 3/4 Tablespoon of Chinese Wine (Optional)
Fish Noodles
- 1 Liter of Water
- Himalaya Salt to Taste
- Black Pepper to Taste
- ½ Tablespoon of Chicken Stock
- Ginger to Taste
- 1/3 of a Bitter Gourd
- 1-2 Cups of Tomatoes
- Choy Sum or Chinese Spinach
Garnish
- Coriander
Directions
Cook Red Rice Noodle
- In a pot, bring water to boil.
- Boil the red rice noodle for approximately 3 minutes or until it is tender.
Marinate Fish Steak
- In a bowl, add 150 Gram of Batang Fish, 1 teaspoon of Himalaya salt and 1/2 tablespoon of corn starch.
- Coat the fish well.
- Cover the fish steak with water.
- Leave it for 4 minutes.
- Rinse and drain the water.
- Add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce and 3/4 tablespoon of Chinese wine
- Coat well and marinate for 15 minutes in the fridge.
Cook Fish Noodles
- In a pot, bring 1 liter of water to boil.
- Add Himalaya salt to taste, black pepper to taste , ½ tablespoon of chicken stock, ginger to taste, 1/3 of a bitter gourd, 1-2 cups of tomatoes
- Boil for 1 minute
- Add in marinated fish steak and either Choy Sum or Chinese Spinach.
- Cook well.
- Ladle the hot soup over the noodles.
- Serve with coriander as garnish.
