Ingredients
1/4 Cup of Primera Red Rice
1 Cup Raw Peanut
6 Red Dates
800 Millilitre of Water
Rock Sugar
Roasted Peanut
Directions
Soak 1 cup raw peanut and 1/4 cup of Primera Red Rice between 8 to 10 hours.
Drain the water.
In a blender add the soaked peanut, Primera Red Rice, 6 pitted red dates and 400 milliliters of water.
Blend to produce fine mixture.
Pour the blended mixture into a pan.
Add in 400 milliliters of water and some rock sugar to taste.
Mix well and bring it to boil.
Keep stirring until the rock sugar is completely dissolved.
Serve together with roasted peanut.
