Boil the red rice noodle for approximately 3 minutes or until it is tender.
Prepare Kerabu Sauce
In a bowl, add 1 teaspoon, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of fish sauce, ¼ teaspoon of organic sugar, 1 teaspoon of lime juice, 1 tablespoon of lemongrass, 1 tablespoon of ginger torch flower and some chili (depending on liking).
Mix well.
Prepare Vegetables
In a pot, bring water to boil.
Boil both carrot and French bean until tender.
Assemble The Simple Kerabu Red Noodle
Pour in the red rice noodle in a bowl.
Top the red rice noodle with carrot, french beans and kerabu sauce.
