Add 2 cups of soaked overnight Primera Red Rice, 1 steamed potato, 1¼ cup of water in a blender. Blend until smooth texture.
Pour into a mixing bowl. Add in ¼ teaspoon chili flake, ½ teaspoon pepper, ¼ teaspoon, Himalayan salt, 1/8 cup capsicum, 1 inch of grated ginger, 4-5 finely chopped curry leaves, 1 tablespoon coriander, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 diced small onion, ¼ cup diced tomato, 1-3 diced red chilies, 1/8 cup grated carrot. Mix well.
Fried on non-stick pan until it turns golden colour.
