Mix ¼ cup fish Sauce, ¼ cup lime Juice, 2 tablespoon palm sugar, 1 tablespoon Roasted Primera red rice powder and 2 teaspoon chili powder Put the rice in a bowl.
Prepare The Salad
Add ¼ cup of water, 1 tablespoon fish sauce, and 1.5 cup of ground chicken meat to pan. Cook, stirring frequently until chicken is just cooked through but not browned at all, about 6 minutes.
Transfer to a large bowl and allow to cool for five minutes.
Add spring onion, basil leaves, cilantro, shallot, mint, salad sauce and roasted Primera red rice powder. Mix well
Serve with Primera Red Rice. Topped with cabbage, cili bangi, long bean and cucumber.
