Primera Rice – 2 cups
Chili paste – 2 tablespoons
Onion – 1, medium, sliced
Garlic – 3 cloves, pound
Carrot – 1, small, chopped
Oyster sauce – 2 tablespoons
Cooking oil – 5 tablespoons

Chicken breast – 300 gm, 1 inch pieces, marinated with salt
Prawn – 1/3 cup
Squid – 1/2 cup
Onion – 1, medium, sliced
Ginger – 1/2 inch, sliced
Garlic – 3 cloves, pound
Corn – 1/2 cup
Tomato – 1, whole, wedged
Chili paste – 1 tablespoon
Chili sauce – 1/2 cup
Cooking oil – 3 tablespoons
Methods:

To cook fried rice:
- Heat the oil. Add chili paste, onion and garlic. Cook over medium heat.
- Then, add carrot and oyster sauce. Besides that, add 3 tablespoons of water to prevent burning. Wait until carrot is cooked.
- After that, add Primera Rice. Stir the rice to coat.
- Dish out the fried rice.

To cook USA gravy:
- Heat the oil. Add chili paste, onion, ginger and garlic. Cook over medium heat.
- Next, add chicken breast, prawn, squid, water and chili sauce.
- Bring the mixture to boil, reduce the heat and simmer. Let the chicken, prawn and squid to cook for 25 minutes.
- Then, add corn.
- After 2 minutes, add tomato.
- After another 2 minutes, turn off the heat. The gravy is ready.
