Chicken Rice Porridge (Chicken Congee)
Chicken Rice Porridge is an absolute favorite meal and easy to prepare. Here, we share the recipe using our Primera Red Rice as a substitute of the regular white rice.
Primera Rice – 1 cup, washed, drained
Chicken breast – 1 1/2 cup, diced
Spice bag – 1
Carrot – 1 cup (or 1, medium), diced
Celery – 1 cup (or 4 stalks), small pieces
Potato – 1, medium, diced
Onion – 1, medium, sliced
Ginger – 1 inch, sliced
Garlic – 4 cloves, sliced
Cooking oil – 2 tablespoons
Water – 6 to 8 cups
Salt – as preferred
